When speed to a validated product matters more than building a team, and when the founders keep product ownership. Outsource the first versions to a senior team with a fixed scope, hire as soon as the product has users and the roadmap is stable, and insist on a clean handover.

Selectively, through the Agentic Lab. For ventures that fit, Uliasti co-builds and co-invests, bringing strategy, design, engineering and capital together. Most engagements are plain engineering work with a fixed budget; investment is a separate decision.
