AI and software for notaries and law firms.
Uliasti builds AI agents and software for Swiss notaries and law firms: drafting, review, intake and file handling, with professional secrecy and client confidentiality built into how the systems are run, not added as a policy afterwards.
Where the work is
Where legal work repeats itself.
Every file is different. Most of the handling is not.
Drafting from precedent
Contracts, deeds and letters assembled from precedents and client data. An agent prepares the draft, the lawyer or notary decides.
Intake and conflict checks
New matters arrive by mail with missing documents. Agents collect what is needed, run the checks and open the file correctly.
Review and summaries
Long documents read for specific clauses, deadlines and risks. Agents extract and summarise with citations, people verify.
How we help
What we build for legal practices.
Confidential by design, useful on day one.
AI agents
Drafting and review agents
Grounded in your precedents and the file at hand, with citations back to the source and a person approving every outgoing document.
Hours per matter, not minutes per prompt.
Confidentiality
Data that stays where it must
Swiss or EU hosting, role-based access, no training on your data, full logs of who saw what.
Professional secrecy intact.
Software
Practice tooling and integrations
Connections to your case management, document system and e-signature tools, plus internal tools where products stop.
One workflow instead of five tabs.
Knowledge
Firm knowledge made searchable
Precedent libraries, internal know-how and past matters searchable, with answers that cite the document.
Juniors find what partners know.
What it has to survive
The conditions this work has held up under.

Legal practices, answered.
Can a Swiss law firm or notary use AI without breaching professional secrecy?
Yes, if the setup respects it. Data must stay with a processor the firm is allowed to use, access must be limited by role, nothing may be used to train a vendor's model, and every access must be logged. Uliasti designs the hosting, access and logging with these obligations in mind and documents them for the firm. We are engineers, not lawyers, and we work with your compliance lead.
How reliable are AI drafts for legal work?
Reliable enough to save hours when the agent is grounded in the firm's precedents and the file, cites its sources, and a lawyer or notary approves the output. Uliasti builds the grounding, citation and review steps in, and measures the error rate before anything goes live.
What should a law firm automate first?
Intake and document collection, first drafts from precedents, and summaries of long documents. These are frequent, rule-based most of the time, and easy to check, so the firm sees the gain within weeks.
Do you work with our existing case management system?
Yes. Uliasti integrates with the case management, document and e-signature systems the firm already uses, and builds tools around them rather than replacing them.
