Cancellation Policy

At Uliasti GmbH, we believe customers should stay because they find value, not because they feel locked in. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through the applicable Service.

This Cancellation Policy applies to all Uliasti products and services, including Advanzo, Techify, and Uliasti AI (together, the “Services”).

How to Cancel

The account owner may cancel a subscription at any time using the account settings or billing section of the relevant Service.

Our legal and contractual relationship is with the account owner. For security reasons, we cannot cancel an account at the request of anyone else.
If you are unsure who the account owner is, please contact us and we will reach out to the account owner using the contact details on file.

Consulting and Professional Services

Cancellation of consulting or professional services is governed exclusively by the applicable written agreement, proposal, or statement of work agreed between Uliasti GmbH and the client.


This Cancellation Policy applies only to subscription-based Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
