Working at Uliasti
Take a look at our current openings, learn what it’s like to work with us, or stay in touch for future opportunities.
At the moment, we don’t have any open positions.
Who we are
Uliasti is a small, focused team united by curiosity, craftsmanship, and a shared ambition to build things that matter.
We design and build software products, platforms, and systems that are meant to last. We care about clarity, quality, and long-term impact more than speed for speed’s sake.
Our team is distributed. We work from different cities and countries, and we value the freedom that comes with trust and responsibility. What matters is not where you sit, but how you think, communicate, and execute.
We value:
- Clear thinking over noise
- Responsibility over hierarchy
- Progress over perfection
- Honesty, kindness, and respect
- Continuous learning and improvement
Who you are
We’re not looking for rock stars. We’re looking for thoughtful people.
If you’re curious, self-driven, and care deeply about doing good work, you’ll likely feel at home here. We value people who can manage themselves well, take ownership, and collaborate without ego.
Where you come from, where you studied, or which companies are on your CV matter far less than:
- How you think today
- How you learn
- How you treat others
- What you can build and improve now
What it’s like to work here
We aim for a calm, focused working environment where people can do the best work of their careers.
You’ll have:
- Clear ownership and expectations
- Fewer meetings and fewer interruptions
- Time to think, not just react
- Trust to do your work without micromanagement
We believe that sustainable pace beats constant urgency. Eight focused hours are enough to do great work. Overtime is the exception, not the rule.
We work in small teams and iterate deliberately. Decisions are made close to the work, communication is mostly written, and progress is measured by outcomes, not activity.
It may feel different if you’re used to constant pings, deadlines driven by anxiety, or performative busyness. Most people don’t want to go back once they experience another way.
One last thing
Uliasti is intentionally small. We don’t hire often, and we take hiring seriously. When we do open roles, we’re looking for people who want to grow with us, not just pass through.
If that sounds like you, we’d be happy to hear from you when the time is right.
Thanks for your interest.
If this resonates with you and if you believe your experience aligns with how we work, feel free to send us your CV at: work@uliasti.com
